To homeowners in Queen Anne, it is worth every cent. I wanted to see exactly what the sale prices and price/sq foot had been on average for 2+ bedroom homes in Queen Anne over the last six months. Then I pulled the exact same data for the following four popular [...] Palisades Condominiums are just eight blocks east of Queen Anne Avenue, on a tree-lined, sidewalked, dog walking, quaint residential street. Much of the Queen Anne condominium selection is early 1900’s construction, but the Palisades was built in 1964 so it has a distinct feel for the area. My first thought upon viewing a few units–finally condos that [...] Although I wouldn’t characterize them as luxurious per se, the Pittsburgh lower Queen Anne condominiums retain a definite touch of1920’s glamour. My favorite parts of the units are the original hardwood flooring, built in leaded glass cabinets, darling white molding, and in the bathrooms, simple pedestal sinks and stand-alone claw foot tubs.
