Hi! My name is Kelley Face, and I am writing this blog because I love two things: Real Estate and Queen Anne. Although I assist buyers and sellers in Seattle and all it’s surrounding neighborhoods, because I live on top of Queen Anne hill I wanted a place to document my findings in the area so that the information is made accessible to you. When searching for Queen Anne real estate resources for myself, I could not find enough free online information that catered to my love of this all appealing neighborhood, so I decided to make one myself. Here I will document my travels through the neighborhood, the residential and condominium real estate market, and local events and updates.
Education and Background
Following a long familial line of Husky graduates by attending the University of Washington, Kelley earned a degree in Business Administration. She also earned a Certificate in Sales from the esteemed UW Foster School’s Sales Program.
Experience
Upon graduation, Kelley worked for local internet retailer Amazon.com, where she fine tuned her negotiation skills with a diverse clientele of international business owners and quickly earned Top Salesperson recognition. After exhausting her purchases of real estate books on Amazon to fuel her interest, Kelley decided to cultivate her passion into a career.
Pledge to Clients
Kelley’s job satisfaction is rooted in knowing that her customer’s real estate experience was exemplary. Every client transaction is treated with the zest and care that you would offer a family member or close friend. The care and commitment does not end with a sale; it is a long-term relationship developed through trust and service.
By streamlining complex processes, communicating each step, and a meticulous attention to detail, Kelley focuses to enhance the important life step of buying or selling a home; eliminating stress and increasing satisfaction.
Outside Interests
A Seattle native, Kelley is an active community member, serving homeless youth in the University District and supporting the University of Washington Sales Program.
Kelley currently resides in Seattle’s upper Queen Anne neighborhood and in her spare time enjoys cooking Thai food, interior design, and walking Greenlake with her family and friends, for whom she is continuously thankful.
